As a long-time leader in the staffing industry, Laurie has a unique ability to truly consult with business leaders and understand their initiatives and the talent resources needed to drive those goals forward. Equally important to her heightened communication skills is her understanding of culture when co-developing her client’s talent strategy. 

Laurie started her career as a headhunter on a draw versus commission plan for the printing and packaging industry. Now, some 28 years later, Laurie’s held many roles, from Area Management over a tri-state region, building a Direct Hire division for Volt, selling MSP for 7+ years, having operational oversight throughout her career, and developing highly complex and scalable recruitment plans for contingent labor programs. Laurie has co-developed workforce engagement and recruiting strategies from community-based, grassroots recruiting for blue-collar roles to national highly skilled categories such as Tech/IT, Operations, HR, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Creative. 

Throughout her career, Laurie has gained extensive experience in staff augmentation, MSP, Master Vendor, RPO, Direct Sourcing strategies, Recruiting and VMS technology, and Employer Branding. Her philosophy is to approach each customer with a consultative approach and a spirit of co-developing solutions that fit the unique needs, goals, and culture of the organization.  

Laurie is a highly accomplished leader in the staffing industry, with nearly three decades of experience helping businesses achieve their goals through strategic talent acquisition. She excels at consulting with business leaders, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering the talent solutions required to drive success. Her exceptional communication skills and deep understanding of company culture ensure that each talent strategy she co-develops perfectly aligns with her client’s objectives. 

Starting as a search consultant in the printing and packaging industry, Laurie has since held key leadership roles, including overseeing a tri-state region as an Area Manager, building a Direct Hire division at Volt, and selling MSP solutions for over seven years. Her diverse experience spans operational leadership and the development of highly scalable recruitment plans for contingent labor programs.
